Shrimp Alfredo

If you’re looking to spice up some store bought Alfredo sauce, just blitz together a bunch of parsley and 10 cloves of garlic with a little EVOO. When the noodles are hot and just drained, mix that in then add the Alfredo sauce. I also like to sauté the shrimp in small batches so they get a little crust on them, then mix into the pasta. Yum!
