Hummus in Vitamix!

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice, 1/4 cup raw sesame seeds, 1/4 tsp kosher salt, 1/4 tsp whole roasted cumin, 2 whole pepper corns, 15 oz chick peas, 1 clove of raw garlic, 1 tbsp EVOO

Vitamix high pushing down all 4 corners with tamper.

Or use food processor. Use tahini instead of raw sesame seeds. Use ground pepper and cumin instead of whole.
